01 / ABOUT

Specialist analytical judgement, without the overhead.

Hayes Analytics is a developing independent analytical quality-control and technical consultancy built on practical industrial chemistry experience.

Our proposed services are intended for essential oil distributors, fragrance ingredient traders, natural ingredient suppliers and procurement teams seeking technical assessment of analytical evidence without maintaining a dedicated chromatographic laboratory.

We aim to translate supplier-reported results, chromatographic data and testing evidence into clear findings that support purchasing, quality and investigation decisions. The client remains responsible for final acceptance and commercial decisions.

Preparing for commercial launch in Poland · International B2B focus
FOUNDER / TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Practical experience in analytical chemistry.

Samuel Hayes · BSc Chemistry (2:1)

Hayes Analytics is being developed by Samuel Hayes, an analytical chemistry professional with approximately four years of industrial quality-control experience.

His technical experience spans GC-FID, GC-MS and chiral gas chromatography, chromatographic method development, essential-oil and aroma-chemical profiling, analytical investigations and supplier quality documentation.

Hayes Analytics is a pre-trading venture. The services described on this website are proposed services and are not presently available for paid engagement.

02 / ANALYTICAL SERVICES

Understand the data.
Know what it supports.

Technical assessment of chromatography data, supplier reports and third-party testing evidence.

01 / DATA

GC-FID & GC-MS Data Analysis

Have GC data but need an independent technical opinion? We assess compatible chromatograms, mass spectra, integration tables and raw or exported files, with findings tied to the evidence supplied.

  • Peak identification and integration review
  • Composition and batch comparisons
  • Calibration and quantitative-data assessment
  • Investigation of unexpected results
02 / REPORTS

Supplier Analytical Report Interpretation

Received a supplier GC report or CoA and need to understand whether the evidence supports a purchasing or quality decision? We review reported findings and identify gaps, even without raw files.

  • Composition and specification review
  • Evidence gaps and anomalous results
  • Supplier-reported versus verified findings
  • Clear technical assessment summaries
03 / TESTING

Third-Party Laboratory Coordination

Need analytical testing but do not operate a laboratory? We are developing a service to scope tests and coordinate qualified third-party laboratories, followed by a separate technical review.

  • Define appropriate testing requirements
  • Coordinate sample-to-laboratory workflow
  • Request usable technical output
  • Interpret partner laboratory findings

Subject to establishing suitable laboratory partnerships. Testing is performed by external laboratories, not Hayes Analytics.

03 / QUALITY & TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY

Technical support for
commercial quality decisions.

Accessible QC capability when your team needs additional scientific assessment.

04 / QUALITY

Raw Material & Supplier Quality Assessment

Assessing a new supplier or investigating a batch discrepancy? We aim to compare supplier documentation, reported analytical data and specifications to identify areas needing follow-up.

  • Supplier documentation gap assessments
  • Reported analytical results versus agreed specifications
  • Batch and supplier comparisons
  • Technical input for supplier approval processes
05 / METHODS

GC Method Review & Troubleshooting

Facing unresolved peaks, separation problems or calibration questions? We propose practical technical reviews and verification experiments for laboratories with existing GC equipment.

  • Peak separation and co-elution issues
  • Column and oven-programme assessment
  • Quantification and calibration approaches
  • Proposed verification experiments and workflow improvements

Services are under development. Any future engagement will specify the available data, analytical limitations and precise deliverables. Hayes Analytics is not an accredited testing laboratory and does not itself issue laboratory certificates of analysis.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

A clear route from question to evidence.

Three possible starting points, one independent technical review process.

01

You have raw data

Send compatible GC-FID or GC-MS data for scoped assessment and interpretation.

02

You have supplier reports

Share CoAs, peak tables or reports for an evidence-based documentation review.

03

You need testing

When partner arrangements are established, samples can go directly to an independent laboratory.

05 / SECTORS

Built for the natural ingredients supply chain.

Our first area of focus is organisations dealing with compositionally complex natural materials, supplier analytical evidence and raw-material quality questions.

06 / CONTACT

Discuss a future analytical requirement.

Hayes Analytics is preparing for launch. We welcome non-confidential preliminary enquiries from prospective clients, independent laboratories and potential technical partners. Tell us the material, analytical question, type of evidence available and an indicative timescale.

Paid services are not yet available. Please send only a general outline initially. Do not email confidential raw data, customer formulations, supplier documents or personal data without an agreed secure transfer process. Incoming mail is forwarded to an Outlook account; a dedicated outgoing mailbox is not yet configured.
